Earlier this year we released an iPad app specifically for young children called Monster Chorus. In Monster Chorus, you can tap on eight lovable little monsters on the moon which each sing a different musical note.
We’ve received some great feedback from kids and parents on the app, and are happy to announce version 1.1 which was approved today by Apple.
This update includes some great new features:
Songbook and spotlight playback
Songbook and spotlight playback is a great new feature that allows users to play popular children’s song. When a song is selected, a spotlight appears over one of the monster’s indicating which note needs to be played next. It’s a cute and simple way to introduce children to
We’ve included four popular children’s songs that users can select: Mary Had a Little Lamb, Baa Baa Black Sheep, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and Three Blind Mice.
Record your voice
To add to the fun, the new record feature allows you to record your own voice and have the monsters sing it back at the appropriate pitch.
